Our Communities

The South East LHIN encompasses the areas of Hastings, Prince Edward, Lennox & Addington, Frontenac, Leeds and Grenville Counties, the cities of Kington, Belleville and Brockville, the separated towns of Smiths Falls and Prescott, and parts of Lanark and Northumberland Counties.  The South East LHIN is home to 485,500 people, or 3.8% of the population of Ontario (2004).  The population reside in 45 municipalities in South Eastern Ontario.

For planning purposes, the South East LHIN is divided into 15 sub-LHIN regions. We are pleased to share specific demographic and other health information with the community.
