Primary Health Care Forum 2007

Improving all residents’ access to primary health care is a top priority for the South East Local Health Integration Network. Partnering with Queen’s University, our first forum on Primary Health Care was held November 7 and 8, 2007, in Kingston.  The format included keynote speakers, a panel, posters, and break-out sessions on specific issues. 

Health care professionals from around the South East LHIN region attended and agreed that there is tremendous potential for this kind of multi-disciplinary approach. Thanks to all who attended!
