South East LHIN Health Professionals Advisory Committee (HPAC) 

We are currently in search of a Doctor who is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Collaboration and consultation with our many stakeholders is integral to our mission. As front line providers of care, health professionals are essential members of our community and have a valued role in helping to achieve the vision of healthcare in Ontario. The South East LHIN has established a health professionals’ advisory committee (HPAC) comprised of members from a variety of health services professions. This multi-disciplinary committee has the important responsibility of providing advice to the network on how to achieve patient-centred health care and further develop the leadership role of health professionals in promoting integrated healthcare delivery.
