Board By Laws

The South East Local Health Integration Network has adopted two By-Laws that will govern our corporations affairs and conduct of the Board of Directors and any Board Committees.

By-Law # 1 relates generally to the conduct of the affairs of the South East Local Health Integration Network.

By-Law #2 relates generally to the conduct of the Board and Board Committee Meetings of the South East Local Health Integration Network.
